District criteria for selecting the K-5 ELAR resources for adoption review: inclusion on Instructional Materials Review & Approval (IMRA) List of SBOE-Approved Instructional Materials,  coverage of 100% of our K-5 ELAR TEKS, inclusion of current English Language Proficiency Standards, and score of 95% or higher on the IMRA Quality Rubric.
