Google Password Reset
Follow these steps after resetting your password on your computer
Click Chrome icon on the IFP homepage
Click on your profile pic in the top right corner
Click Sync and then Sign in Again
click Next on the Verify it's you screen and then click Accept
Log in with your credentials and new password
Complete the 2 factor authentication
The Sync Button on the IFP should be green
Pin isn't Working
I'm entering my pin, but it says it's wrong.
Check in the top right corner to make sure you are opening the account with YOUR initial in the circle.
If icon is a blue t, then you need to enter the 0000 pin for the tv account.
Sound
Sound is not playing through overhead speakers
Opt 1. Check the input mode (HDMI, Screen Cast, Interactive, etc.)
Opt 2. Unplug and plug back in the speaker cable on the back of the IFP. It is located on the bottom right side.
Opt 3. If that doesn't work: Restart the IFP using the power switch on the bottom of the device. Leave it off for 15-20 seconds before turning it back on.
Unlock IFP
Remote will not unlock IFP after using the color buttons to lock it
Opt 1. Use the same color button to unlock that you used to lock the IFP
Opt 2. The IFP saves your code. Use the board to delete all characters. Put the IFP to sleep again and use the remote to wake it up and enter your code
