Meet your coaches:

Krista Jilek Women's Team: Coach Jilek is thrilled to enter her 11th season with Harwood Gymnastics.  She has also coached junior high in Birdville and High School Gymnastics in Grapevine Colleyville.  She also worked in several recreational and club programs throughout North Texas

Damarcus Mays Men's Team: Damarcus is not only an amazing coach, but was on OUTSTANDING gymnast.  Damarcus is an ex-Harwood and Trinity gymnast who has returned to add his talent and love of the sport to his previous programs.
