Counseling/Psychotherapy
Typically, once a week to monthly, 50-75 minute sessions with a mental health professional to address mental health concerns. Ex: Talk therapy, play therapy, CBT, etc.
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Treatment service that is used to address mental health diagnoses that typically entails individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy several times a week over a period of several weeks.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Type of program used to treat mental health diagnoses. The patient continues to reside at home, but commutes to a treatment center up to seven days a week.
Inpatient Hospitalization
This setting involves an overnight or longer stay in a psychiatric hospital or psychiatric unit of a general hospital. The facility can be privately owned or public (government-operated).

Youth CARES (Counseling and Recovery Education Services) is designed to work with Adolescents ages 12-17 who are struggling with the consequences of drug and/or alcohol use. Services include drug and alcohol screening, assessments, and counseling.
The Seven Challenges Program utilizes individual sessions with you to address the behavior and underlying causes and lifestyle issues associated with alcohol/drug use.
Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA) supports youth in identifying and modifying conditions that will encourage drug-free lifestyle, provides skill building activities; promotes positive social activities and peer relationships, improves relationships with family and other adults, and assists with identifying and accessing existing community resources.
Seeking Safety (starts Oct of 2018) - ages 12-17 who have experienced trauma and/or substance abuse.
Strengthening Families- ages 10-14. Provided in the community at a site location for families and adolescents. Group is provided for both adolescent and family and combined group at the end of each session. They provide participating families with groceries, meal at each meeting, babysitting for younger children during program and transportation to get to location within 3-5 miles of site. Groups take place over 7 weeks from 5:30 to 7:30/8.
