I am excited to start my Eleventh year at Euless Junior High. I spent 12 years teaching science in grades 6-8 at Lorenzo de Zavala Middle School in the Irving Independent School District before coming to Euless Junior High. I am from Weatherford, Texas and graduated from Weatherford High School. I attended the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas where I earned Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. I returned to UNT to take education classes and become a certified teacher. Since I started teaching, I earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. I enjoy spending time with my wife and 6 year old son, Jaxson, and my pups Izzy and Eddie, as well as scuba diving, geology and mineralogy, NASA and astronomy, glass blowing, and most importantly...anything science!!!
I look forward to teaching you this year and know with a lot of hard work and determination we will all reach our goals and have a very successful 2026-27 school year!
