TENNIS TEAM MEMBERS practice schedule:
GIRLS A team will practice on Mondays from 3:45 - 4:45 pm
BOYS A team will practice Wednesdays 3:45-4:45
B team Boys/Girls will practice Tuesdays 3:45-4:45
(optional for others)
Matches are on Thursdays at LD Bell beginning March 12.
Bus will transport team after school to LD Bell for the matches.
Parents must pick students up from LD Bell after matches.
We encourage ALL team members attend the matches!

Meet on the Tennis court at 3:40, right after school. Practice will go until 4:45.
If you cannot make it to a practice, please email me or contact Coach VanVooren through the Remind App.
Please bring your racquet to practices and matches. I have tennis balls and a few racquets to borrow.
Wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes to all practices! No sandals or Crocs.
Behavior and Grades will be monitored.
Matches will always be on Thursdays at LD Bell beginning at 4:30. We will have bus transportation to LD Bell. A team is required to attend ALL matches unless you have notified Coach VanVooren, and we encourage ALL team members to attend the matches!
Parents must pick up from LD Bell following the matches.
Wear your tennis shirt to the match!
We will have 4 matches this season
The first day of season is a bye-week for BJH. First Match for BJH is Thursday, March 12 at 4:30.
Matches will begin at 4:30 pm at the Bell tennis courts. Team will ride the bus from BJH to LD Bell leaving after school. Bring a snack if needed. PARENTS MUST PICK UP STUDENTS FROM LD BELL AFTER THE MATCHES!
Matches will be 6 game sets.
Each A team will consist of 8 boys and 8 girls. Additional players may be on B team.
Play will be 6 lines of singles (boys and girls), 3 lines of doubles and 1 mixed
Team scores will be derived by results from singles, doubles, and mixed.
Matches will be a combination of 7th and 8th graders, but will be separated according to gender
