Heavy Hoof and Forge was founded in 2025 by Marine Corp Veteran, Zebulon Stadler. 

After serving from 2011 to 2016, Zeb earned his BAS in Technology Management. While working with a third party logistics company as an IT Manager, he realized IT was no longer his passion. 

He began pursuing his certification from Casey and Sons Horseshoeing school in Northwest GA, Earning his United Farriers Association certification.  He has also been certified by Dan Marcum in Equine Flexion Therapy.
