How do I find help with housing?
First, go to your specific College by selecting it here. Once you get there and choose your college path, fill out the GCU Off Campus Student Housing Interest Form under your specific site location. A member of Openshaw Real Estate Group will reach out to you within 1 business day for a quick phone call. Once we determine what your needs are, we will provide you with multiple options for housing.
Do you only help at the Arizona sites?
No! We can help with all GCU sites while you are in school, and all over the United States once you graduate.
Does your service cost anything?
No, it's free! We just ask that you take advantage of our exclusive GCU Real Estate Benefit when you purchase your permanent home after graduation.
Do you help us find roommates?
Once we have a phone call with you, we will share our list of other GCU students looking for a roommate. It is up to you to find the best match for your roommate.
What if I have a dispute with my roommate?
The lease will be between your landlord, you and your roommate(s). Please work together to find a solution for everyone.
Do you work for GCU?
No, we are a proud supporter of GCU and are a completely separate entity of GCU.
Are the rentals furnished?
It depends. When we complete our consultation with you, we can provide you multiple options.
Who is my main source of contact?
For the initial process, it will be Openshaw Real Estate Group. Once you sign your lease, your point of contact will be your landlord.
