This program focuses on a strength-based approach to executive functioning skills and social skills, utilizing psychotherapeutic approaches. We do not use a behavioural principles approach to interventions, such as IBI or ABA.
Therapeutic D&D falls eligible under most private insurance for coverage as it is counselling and psychotherapy. When you have your intake session we can discuss the details of your insurance and getting a determination of eligibility completed.

The total cost for the entire program is $ 1500, which covers 15 hours of support for your child over 6 weeks.
Pricing is based on a 6-week block; however, some blocks are 6 weeks long, while others are 7 or 8 weeks long, depending on how stats, holidays, and other events align with the calendar.
The cost begins with an initial assessment. Your choice of payment option will determine how many invoices you receive. You can either receive one invoice for the entire program or choose to invoice it weekly, starting with the initial assessment and then 7 subsequent invoices for the summer program.
One Invoice for the entire program - $1500
Weekly invoices will be issued for the sessions, starting with the intake assessment session. ($1500 divided by however many sessions=session fee)
Once you have decided to join us…..
It all starts with an intake assessment. Heart & Mind will contact you to schedule this intake assessment. It is virtual. This assessment determines your child's strengths and needs, and we will discuss the best fit for delivering treatment (while playing D&D). This consultation includes the child or youth if they wish to participate and their family.
Part of this intake assessment will help us determine which days of the week work best for you and your family, which DM Coach your child might work best with, if any other support people are needed during the session or if any accessibility accommodations would be helpful.
Goblets & Goblins hosts welcome intro sessions. This is a great time to see the place where you will play, meet the DMs and others, and ask any questions you may have. Stay tuned for dates and times to come!
