Board Agenda Planning Meetings

Board Agenda Planning Meetings are public meetings and the agendas are always posted. They are held the fourth Tuesday of every month. Dates, times and locations are subject to change; refer to agenda for final details.

The meetings:

• typically last 15 minutes,

• generally do not include any action items, and

• are held for the sole purpose of discussing the draft agenda for the next month's board meeting. 

• If a quorum is present, minutes are taken. 

• If action items should be included, a quorum must be present.
