1. Contact your child's doctor with your observed concerns that may be related to an autism diagnosis. "Your doctor, if credentialed, will assess your child to confirm the correct diagnosis. In the case that your child's doctor is unable to diagnose he or she will give you a referral to a doctor that can perform the correct assessment."
2. Obtain a confirmed diagnosis and a script for Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy.
3. Verify that your insurance is a provider of Heart 2 Home. Private Pay can continue to step 4.
4. Contact Heart 2 Home to complete your intake form and select a date and time for an in home assessment.
5. Relax and allow Heart 2 Home to provide therapy to your magnificent little one.
