How to Submit

The pathways choices form will be sent to parent/carers on Friday 6 February 2026. This is timed to allow your child to have already:

1) Explored the content of the pathways website fully

2) Attended parents' evening during which there will be opportunities for pathways related conversations with teaching staff

3) Had an SLT interview which will culminate in provisional agreed pathway choices to guide their final decision

The completion of this form will allow us to collate students' Pathways choices and ensure that they are placed on the right courses for GCSE. The deadline for submission of this form will be Friday 13 February 2026.
