Entry Criteria: 5 GCSE grades 9-4, including English and Mathematics, and grade 4-4 in GCSE Combined Science or grade 4 in GCSE Biology/Chemistry/Physics

Key Information

Students will study units which cover the three main science subjects but also carry out work on laboratory practical skills and working in the scientific work place. This will include medical techniques, synthesising chemicals and laboratory techniques. Students will also develop key skills such as communication, problem solving and time management skills. Offered as Extended Certificate (equivalent to 1 A Level) or Diploma (equivalent to 2 A Levels).
