Entry Criteria: 5 GCSE grades 9-5, including English and Mathematics and/or relevant practical experience in area of chosen pathway (Acting, Dance, Music).
Key Information
Students develop technical, performance, and theoretical skills and knowledge. Students also learn to research, apply elements to performance and set out project proposals, gaining a range of transferable skills that underpin freelance work in their chosen field.
Acting - preparation for the the acting industry, teaching flexiblity and performance skills.
Dance - prepares students for live performance gaining a foundation in dance techniques and an insight into the realities of life as a dance.
Music - options include creating music, mastery as an instrumentalist; production technology; singing or performance.
Cambridge Technicals provide a strong base for progression to university, apprenticeships or work and are recognised for UCAS tariff points.
