The Impact

Our initiative addresses Maryland's critical climate and water challenges through workforce innovation in agriculture. By developing pre-apprenticeship curricula and on-the-job training programs, we're building sustained annual cohorts of youth entering agriculture and agri-tech careers. This program creates lasting environmental and economic benefits by preparing the next generation to implement climate-resilient farming practices across the Eastern Shore.
