The Standard bodywork appointment is for clients seeking individualized hands-on care.
Rather than selecting Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, cupping, or another individual modality, the client communicates their goals.
The practitioner determines which appropriate methods should be incorporated, or upon request.
