We’re excited to share progress on one of our current construction projects—a full garage demolition and rebuild for a homeowner with a beautiful waterfront property. This project involves removing the existing structure and preparing the site for a brand-new, more functional garage that enhances the home, increases storage, and significantly improves curb appeal.

Project Update!
This past week, our crew focused on removing the existing concrete. With plenty of hard work—and the help of some heavy-duty power tools—they were able to get it all cleared out! The site is now ready for the next phase of construction.

Over the past month, our team has been hard at work installing key structural framing for this garage project. Despite persistent wet weather, we’ve maintained strong momentum and are very pleased with the progress so far. It’s exciting to see the structure take shape, and we’re looking forward to the next phases of construction. Stay tuned as we continue to share updates and bring this homeowner’s vision to life.

The structure is now fully framed, with walls, roof trusses, and openings set precisely according to plan. Seeing the full shape of the garage take form is always a rewarding moment, and this build is no exception. The framing was completed with durability and longevity in mind, ensuring a strong foundation for everything that follows. Inside, the base has been carefully prepped and leveled, setting the stage for the concrete slab and future finishes.
With framing complete, the project is now ready to move into the next phases, including concrete work, exterior finishes, and interior build-outs. Each step brings us closer to delivering a garage that’s not only functional, but built to last. Big things are happening as we get started on one of our most scenic projects yet — a new home addition located right along the stunning Hood Canal. With views like this, every step of the build feels special.
Last week marked the official start of site preparation. Our team began by carefully clearing brush and select trees in the area where the addition will take shape. This not only opens up access for equipment and materials but also gives us a clean, safe, and workable footprint for the next phases of construction.
While clearing, we were mindful of maintaining the natural beauty of the property and preserving the character that makes waterfront homes along the Hood Canal so unique. With the site now accessible, we’re gearing up for layout and excavation — and soon the real transformation will begin.

Over the past few months, our crew has made great progress on this addition. Structural framing is in place, the skylight has been installed, and we’re now preparing for the roofing phase. Project Progress Update! 1/23/26
The exterior sheathing and house wrap are complete, protecting the structure as we move into the next phases of construction. The roofing system is now installed, featuring asphalt shingles and a skylight that will provide natural light while maintaining energy efficiency. Window installation is underway, further sealing the building envelope and defining the interior spaces.
Siding installation has begun, and the new addition is already taking shape alongside the original cabin. Close attention has been given to corner details, trim lines, and transitions to ensure long-term durability and a clean, cohesive finish.
