the Los angeles incident - A story

On January 17, 1994, a mass earthquake in Los Angeles caused a full-city blackout.

Astonished citizens looked at the sky, and were petrified at what the saw.

They called 911, reporting "aliens", "scary clouds", and whatnot.

It turns out, that weird thing they saw in the sky was — the Milky Way galaxy. With no artificial light.
