As vibrant rhubarb stems begin to grow, herbs thrive, and Niagara-grown peaches/berries become available; this is a special menu dedicated to these fresh finds.

Sweet treats with French, Mexican, and Italian influence, created with local, as well as, imported ingredients and authenticity.
Tarte Tatin ~ $47 (serves 10)
A signature, simple French dessert, TARTE TATIN combines a flaky, puff pastry crust at the bottom of halved, tender, and juicy, brandy-infused apples.
Best served with vanilla ice cream.
Goat Cheesecake With Honey + Figs ~ $50
(serves 10)
A balanced mix of goat cheese and cream cheese, make a smooth, delicious and unique cake.
Sitting on a signature graham cracker crust, sprtized with lemon zest, vanilla, and a drizzle of honey.
Topped with crescent-cut figs and thyme leaves.
Coffee Coffee Cake~ $40 (serves 16)
A beautiful tray of a creative spin of coffee cake includes multiple textures and innovative components.
A warm coffee ribbon lining the middle, and a crisp coffee crumble resting on top.
Cut into even squares and served alongside even more of the precious bean, this is perfect for sharing with other fellow coffee lovers.
Parisian Apple Tart~ $47 (serves 8 generously)
A Parisian Style Tart, lined with rows of Pink Lady apples, a heavenly caramelized homemade puff pastry.
Base of a patiently-cooked caramelized apple compote, reminiscent of dining at a European bistro.
Brushed with a shiny, subtle touch of apricot jam.
Tres Leches Cake~ $45 (serves 10-12)
A dreamy, moist, and heavenly airy chiffon cake, doused in multiple "leches" (milks), making it bursting with delicate taste.
Lightly coated in vanilla whipped cream and topped with heart-sliced seasonal strawberries.
Served cold.

Lasagna Italiana Fatta In Casa ~
L: $45, S: $35 (L: serves 4-5, S: serves 3)
Tender, hand-rolled pasta sheets, layered with delectable cheeses, homemade tomato sauce, a signature slowly simmered bolognese sauce, topped with a variety of imported Italian cheeses and basil.
Can be baked at home, or given to reheat.

Penne Alla Vodka~ L: $35, S: $25

A house favourite: ridged penne pasta is coated in a smooth, velvety, delectable, and flavourful sauce. Homemade tomato sauce is slowly-simmered with caramelized garlic, proscuitto, and basil. Finished with a fresh grating of nutty Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Tre-Formaggi Baked Ziti ~ $45 serves 4-5
This cheese crusted, saucy, and herb-packed pasta dish is a convenient and scrumpitous one-tray meal. Layered with tender ground meats, specialty spices, gourmet alliums, a homemade tomato sauce a three-cheese blend. homemade tomato sauce, tubular semolina noodles and garden-fresh herbs; a perfect representation of Italian cuisine.

Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)~ $50 serves 5-6
A Greek Classic. Greek Spinach Pie, is a delectable mixture of tender spinach, herbaceous dill, salty feta, and plenty of other great greens.
Packed with nutrients and in a crispy phyllo dough casing. Crunchy, and soft; makes an amazing vegetarian main!
