French Immersion
T. A. Blakelock Secondary School (TAB) has been designated as the French Immersion (FI) high school for ÉFT families south of Upper Middle Road or north of Upper Middle Road and east of Third Line Road. The high school is dual track (provides English only, and French Immersion programming). Busing is provided for French Immersion students. Here is a link to TAB where you will find more information.

Grade 9: French, Science, Exploring Technologies, Geography
Grade 10: French , Science, Exploring Technologies. History
Grade 11 & 12: French

To earn an Ontario Secondary School Certificate In Early French Immersion, students are required to take 10 FI Credits (classes) over the course of four years.
Garth Webb's French Immersion program is:
Grade 9: French, Health & Physical Education, Dramatic Arts, Geography
Grade 10: French , Civics, Careers. History
Grade 11: French, Anthropology/Psychology/Sociology
Grade 12: French
English Track
Students who choose not to continue in FI, nor select the pre-IB program, will attend their designated English stream high school:
- South of Upper Middle Road: Abbey Park High School
- North of Upper Middle Road: Garth Web Secondary School
