Arrival 9:00 am - 9:15 am

If you are walking your child to school: You and your child will be met outside in the Kindergarten playground by an educator.

If you are driving you child to school: Our school parking lot is closed to parent vehicles due to buses and as a safety concern for our students. If you are driving your child, you can park on Woodward Ave, at Holy Rosary Church or at the public parking lots on Mill St. or Margaret St. and walk your child to the school. Please be respectful of our neighbours. It is strongly recommended that if your child is able to take the bus, they should do so.

If your child is taking the bus: They will be met by an educator at the school and walked to the Kindergarten Yard. Please let your child know that you will meet them at the bus stop at the end of the day. We will be telling students to look out the window for a parent to know when it is their bus stop.

During The Day

When the school bell rings, children will line up to enter the classroom.

Morning routines such as Attendance, morning circle, play-based learning, and a nutritional break will follow.

Afternoon routines such as learning circle, play-based learning, lunch, and continued activities for the children to get to know each other, the educators, and their new learning environment will follow.

Dismissal 3:35 pm - 3:50 pm

If you are picking your child up from school: Students who are to be picked up will be supervised in the Kindergarten yard until 3:50 pm. In case of inclement weather your child(ren) will wait inside of their classroom until a parent/guardian has arrived to pick them up at the kindergarten yard gate.

If your child will be taking the bus home: An educator will bring the Kindergarten students to the gymnasium. The bus students will line up in the gymnasium where they will be supervised until they have boarded their bus safely.

YMCA: Students attending after school care will be walked to the appropriate room by an educator.
