Covid Protocols

UNDER CONSTRUCTION....stay tuned for up to date protocols from the Halton District School Board and the Ministry of Health.

Here are a few ways that we have been keeping up with the current health and safety protocols for this past school year.

• Masks- we greatly encourage our students to wear masks for all of their indoor learning. Please send in a bag of clean masks so that your child can change them frequently.

• Hand washing- We encouraged hand washing throughout the day and use hand sanitizer while entering and exiting the classroom

• Limiting materials sent from home- We have stopped using our typical Mr. Zippy bag and have moved all communication from school to online only. You will receive information on how to set up your child's google classroom in your first communication with your child's teacher in August. Also, please note that all toys, blankets, etc will not be permitted inside the classroom at this time.

• No parent entry into the school- due to contact tracing, no entry is allowed into the school building. Please call the school secretary if you need to drop something off or pick up your child early.

• Free flow entry. Once our first week of school has started we will begin Free Flow Entry for students. Beginning at 8:30, students will enter door #11 and go straight into their classroom.
