Hours: 7:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m., Monday - Friday, holidays & school closures excepted; no materials exchanged in periods 3 & 4

Policies: 

• The library is a place of quiet work, reading, and study

• Students may snack in the library if working, reading, or studying quietly; lunches are to be eaten elsewhere

• The library is not available for socializing on a lunch or spare period: please use the hallway / cafeteria / outdoor space for this

• All garbage is to be disposed of by students; do not move furniture as this causes flow issues in the space with extra chairs in certain areas that need to remain clear

• No food or drink is allowed at the library computers

Facilities: Main Library, 1 Seminar Room

Loans: 

• 2 weeks for books

• 3 days for AV items & magazines

• 1 day for Chromebooks; student card and clear account required for sign-out

Accessibility: The CKSS Library is wheelchair accessible; some CKSS Library staff are fluent in French and have ASL competencies

Equipment:

The following equipment is available at the CKSS Library.  To sign out equipment and/or reserve it ahead of time, contact the library staff.  A valid student card and clear library account are required for all equipment borrowing.

• Desktop Computer Lab (4 computers; self-serve, as available)

• Chromebooks

• Black & White Laser Printer ("CKSLibA" on network): Printing over WiFi 

• Laptop

• Data Projector (2 available)

• Dongles for assorted PC / Apple products

• DVD Players  (1 available)

• Assorted still / video / document cameras

• Computer Speakers

• Whiteboard class sets  (2 available)

• Podcasting Equipment
