Volunteer Opportunities through Halton Hills Public Library!

Youth aged 14+ can apply to volunteer at the Library. There are lots of different volunteer opportunities available at the library including: Reading Buddies, Teen Advisory Council, Home Library Service, Seed Library and General Program Support.

Remember! Our Library partner, Halton Hills Public Library has the following FREE services available:

Free Wi-Fi is available in the library, or you can get on the waitlist for a mobile hotspot to take home.

Study Rooms: You can book a room to study in alone or work as a group

Bookable Library Technology: Chromebooks, Laptops, Headphones and Charging cables are available for use in the library

Computer Workstations: Computers and printing are available

Exam Prep: Extended hours during exam times to study or work on final assignments.

Databases: Great research resources like Canadian Points of View and Canadian Reference Centre

My Next Read: Fill out a form on our website and get a personalized list of book recommendations.

Teen Programs: Book Club, Teen Writers’ Circle, Dungeons and Dragons, FanFest, Writing Contests, Summer Reading Challenge, Youth Movie Nights and more!
