School Council/Parent Council

We hope your child has had a successful start to the school year!  On September 29th at 7:00 pm we will be holding our first School Council meeting of 2025 – 2026 in the school library.  This is an in-person meeting, and we invite all parents and guardians to attend. You will be able to meet the school admin team and hear about opportunities and events going on within the school community.

Please note that elected voting members of the Parent Council should commit to attending at least 50% of the meetings.

If you wish to nominate yourself to be an elected voting member of the School Council, please complete this School Council Self Nomination Form by September 19th @ 9am.  Please note that elected voting members of the Council will consist of not more than 11 parent members, in accordance with the Council Constitution. The election of the 2025 – 2026 School Council will take place on September 29th and will be conducted electronically by secret ballot.

Our first meeting will include executive role elections.  Anyone is welcome at our meetings whether they are parent representatives or not.
