An on-demand learning space designed to support new and aspiring administrators through focused leadership development and skill-building. The modules explore leadership through the lenses of relationships, values, communication, emotional intelligence, time management, trust, decision-making, and empowering others.
This 4-hour free training is to equip experienced administrators with the skills, mindsets, and tools to mentor and coach effectively. This reciprocal relationship in mentoring will allow mentors to also grow in their leadership. The training will take place Tuesday, March 10th, 8-12 at the High Desert ESD.
