The Hub includes eight thoughtfully curated modules featuring articles, videos, and podcasts paired with guided reflection tools to support practical application in real leadership contexts. The modules explore leadership through the lenses of relationships, values, communication, emotional intelligence, time management, trust, decision-making, and empowering others.

Audience: Administrators and Formal Teacher Mentors 

Experienced leaders have valuable wisdom to share—and mentoring others can strengthen their own leadership as well. The Mentor Advantage equips administrators with the mindsets, skills, and practical tools to mentor and coach effectively while building reciprocal relationships that grow both leaders.

The Mentor Advantage is a two-part training series—Intro and Advanced. Participants must complete the Intro session before attending Advanced. Session 1 was offered March 10, 2026, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Audience: District & Building Level Mentors

Mentor Connect brings together teacher and administrator mentors from across the region to strengthen their mentoring practice and learn from one another. Each stand-alone session includes two hours of focused professional learning followed by one hour of structured networking and connection. Participants will leave with practical strategies, new perspectives, and stronger connections to a regional community of mentors.
