The staff at Howells-Dodge Consolidated High School is consistent in their understanding of expectations and responsibilities for the school district. The results of the data show that there is a clear vision for meeting the needs of students. One area that may be lacking is communication with parents about class activities.

The HDC 7-12 Students information provided shows that overall they agree that the education provided is meaningful to their learning. The Howells Elementary Students have a belief and feeling that they have a positive experience in the school system. The students have support, feel safe, and treated fairly. One concern may be that they do not have choice in their learning.

The High School parent survey reveals that parents are very satisfied with the educational opportunities provided by Howells-Dodge. Some areas of concern are options that are available to non-college attending students and the treatment of students by other students.
