Hotel Accommodation will be shouldered by the participants. All participants are encouraged to stay in Dream Dragon Resort, Hai Phong, Vietnam. If you prefer alternative accommodations, here are two more options near the conference venue:

Participants of the conference will shoulder their flight and accommodations. You can book your own flight through your trusted travel agency or to direct airlines to Hanoi.

Yes! The conference is welcome to healthcare professionals and health and environment advocates. 

There are different ways to participate in the conference. 

Conference Participants: Conference Participants will have to register to join the conference. The registration fee covers the meals during the conference, conference kits and certificates, 1 gala dinner and study tour. 

Program Collaborator for Organizations: The parallel sessions are open to interested program collaborators. See the program to learn more about the parallel session topics. 

Conference Exhibitor: Showcase your facility/business innovative and sustainable work in the conference.

Yes, exhibitions are open for co-organizers, interested institutions and facility/business innovations involved in sustainable work. For more exhibit information, please refer to the GHAC Exhibitor & Guidelines or kindly email us at greenhospitalsasia@hcwh.org for more information.

There is no dress code, but it would be ideal for participants to dress in formal or smart-casual attire. For the gala night participants are encouraged to wear their traditional attire to showcase the diversity of our region.

Here’s the list of VISA EXEMPTED countries in Vietnam

Countries that are not included in the list should obtain a conference VISA. Upon the completion of your registration, our team will coordinate with you and assist you with your visa application and the requirements. Kindly note that Visa Fee will be shouldered by the participants.

Certificates will be available post-conference.
