From the Student and Parent Sign In page, click the "Forgot Username or Password? Click here to recover your username or password. " link on the screen. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password?" tab. If you forgot your username, click the "Forgot Username?" tab.

You MUST create your parent account using the PowerSchool website before you can use the mobile app.
There are two possible reasons for this:
1. Do you have a valid username and password? Did you create your parent account using a computer connected to the Internet and use the PowerSchool public portal to create your account?
2. Did you enter both your username and password correctly when you logged into the mobile app? If you allow the app to remember your username and password and if you have entered either one of them incorrectly, then the app is remembering the wrong information. In this case, you will need to remove the app and reinstall it.
If you are trying to access PowerSchool on your mobile device and receive the attached error message, please follow the steps below:
Completely close the PowerSchool app.
Clear the cache on your phone’s browser:
iPhone (Safari): Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
Android (Chrome): Open Chrome > tap the three dots (⋮) > History > Clear Browsing Data > select Cached Images and Files > Clear Data.
Reopen the PowerSchool app and try again.
If you are able to reach the screen where you enter your username and password but are still unable to log in, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The re-enrollment packet for the student has not been submitted.
Residency has not been verified.
Additional residency verification is required.
