Specifications
In order for your image to be accepted your portrait must be:
a .jpg file (can not be a .png, .tiff, or .heiff file)
Minimum of 640 X 800 pixels and 300 dpi
File name should be in Lastname.Firstname format (will require you to edit file name)
Other specifications with the appearance of photo:
Head and Shoulder appearance: We will accept ONLY head and shoulder forward-facing, eye-level freestanding shots (no leaning on props or walls). Please do not submitt full body shots, even if you crop it to just be head and shoulders (it will effect the quality and sizing if cropped). Keep hands below chest level. Hats, bandanas, sunglasses, etc. are not permitted. Please keep props out of photos.
Color Photos only
Background: must be a traditional portrait background. Outdoor backgrounds are acceptable IF no distracting elements are present. Blurred backgrounds are acceptable.
Clothing: Clothing should be school appropriate. Please do not wear a top without straps to prevent appearance of looking like you are not wearing clothing.
