Exhibit Set Up Instructions:

• Learning Fair is Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

• Set up will begin at 5:30 pm

• Enter through the doors near the Gym/Cafeteria.

• Go to the Welcome Table in the gym to receive your exhibit place card, table assignment and name tag.

• Remember, if your project has liquid, please bring a towel or cloth to place directly under the project.

• The Learning Fair begins promptly at 6:00 pm.

• Exhibits must be taken down by the students at the end of the fair.
