Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) was approved in December 2015. ESSA replaces the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) of 2001. The North Carolina state plan was approved in December 2018. The plan supports individualized instruction and commitment to continuous innovation for students and educators.

Each of our schools within the Hoke County Schools educational system continues to be recognized and accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
