Beginning Teacher Support Program Goals
Improve teaching performance
Increase the retention of promising beginning teachers
Promote the personal and professional well-being of beginning teachers
Satisfy mandated requirements for Beginning Teacher Support Program; and licensure
The Beginning Teacher Coordinators and Mentors will support beginning teachers during their first three years of teaching in a variety of areas:

Instructional Support
Professional Development
