- Troubleshooting/repairs for the Smart Board/projector systems through the Spice Works Ticket system.
- Summer classroom connections of all multimedia systems and components, testing of systems, monitoring and record keeping for resource needs identification and budget alignment.
- Projector replacements, bulb replacements, and equipment maintenance.
- Support for new installations, moves, and adjustments of Smart Board systems.
- Updates and maintenance of Notebook Software used with Smart Board multimedia systems.
