Lighting Project

For this project I had to incorporate light into my pictures. I used light to write and create things. I had to make sure that my camera was not moving while taking these pictures, because the pictures would be blurry if it was moving.

Studio Lighting - Flat

2 lights were set up to her head height.

Studio Lighting - Rembrandt with a Silvery Brolly

A light was set up on the right side of her to make a shadow on the left side of her.

Studio Lighting - Key with a Far Away Softbox

A light was set up on the left side of her to make a shadow on the right side of her.

Slow-Shutter Exposure - Writing

I used a small flash light to write the words. To make the spaces between to letters, we had to put our hand over the flash light to cover it up.

Slow-Shutter Exposure - Painting

Window Lighting

I used the suns light that was shining through the window to make the lines of light on them.

Alternative Lighting

I used other lights besides the sun or studio lights to have a light source.
