This is my photo that won 1st place at the VAAP regional show. It went to the state show but didn't win anything.

Winding Walls

This is an image of Antelope Canyon, a slot canyon in Arizona. I took the picture on my phone and edited it using Adobe Photoshop. The main idea of my artwork is that beauty isn’t always on the surface; sometimes, you have to look a little deeper. My goal for this piece is to reveal the beauty of God’s creation to those who may be unable to travel. I learned that you don’t always need to stage photos because nature creates its own.
