Nascar is a league of racing cars when you race cars and there can be different races that have different tracks. Racing can be very dangerous with all the constant bumping against other cars. The cars don't go slow either. They go 100 MPH or faster because they want to be the best of the best. They want to get the big 1st place. Some cars go so fast that sometimes they will tip over a land on the side of the car. Even though you're in a car you are still required to wear protection such a a helmet and safety pads on your elbows.
