Take a look at your surroundings, something around you may inspire you
Look at TV shows, movies, books etc.
Start with a certain word like "red" and write any words that relate to "red" somehow. You may just stumble upon an idea (i.e. apple, cherries, stop signs etc.)
Pick three+ random things (character, setting, and action) to draw together
