Transition Information 2026-27

My name is Patrick Cadigan; I have been a special educator in Howard County for nearly a decade. I started at Cedar Lane School before moving to become the Academic Life Skills teacher at Glenwood middle. During COVID, I pivoted to work as an 8th grade resource special educator and, after that, I moved to Glenwood's EDR team. Now, I'm a Transition Coordinator at the high school level. I'm a very proud Towson Tiger with a dual-certificate Bachelors Degree in Elementary/Special Education & Masters in Special Education that focused in Autism studies.
