New Student Orientation Information

THURSDAY AUGUST 25, 2022
7:45-8:00-Students arrive
8:00-New Students & Parents/Guardians meet in the auditorium with 9th grade teachers, 2026 class sponsors, and the 9th grade Leadership Team.
8:55-10:00
All students follow their class schedule and meet their teachers (5 min in each class/5 min to transfer to next period).
All Parents/Guardians remain in the auditorium with MHHS administration and support staff.
10:00-11:00
Students can go to the media center to collect their Chromebook, Attendance Window for their locker, main gym for the Activities Fair, and cafeteria for a social with PTSA and Viking Backers

If you see that your schedule is missing a core class (math, English, science, US History) or has less than 7 credits, please email your school counselor prior to August 25th. See school counselor assignments below.

WHO CAN COME TO NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION?
Any student new to Mount Hebron (incoming 9th grader or transfer students) and their parents/guardians may join us. Returning students 10th-12th graders and their parents/guardians are welcome to join beginning at 10:30 to find their classrooms, test their lockers, and visit the cafeteria.
