Online Athletics Paperwork Submission

In response to cutting back on the collection of paperwork, HCPSS has implemented a new process to allow families to submit the necessary documents to participate in HS Athletics via HCPSS Connect.

This MUST be done through the Parent Portal and NOT through the student login.

Online registration for winter athletics is now available via HCPSS Connect using the link below:

Parents will be able to fill out required forms, upload physicals and proof of residency, and more. Helpful "How To" Instructions can be found HERE.
