What is the Howard County School Psychologist Association (HCSPA)?
The Howard County School Psychology Association (HCSPA) is the local organization of school psychologists represented at the State level (Maryland School Psychologists Association).
Our Mission is to:
Increase awareness of local, state and national level issues that affect school psychologists, and inform school psychologists how to get involved and advocate for our profession.
Recognize school psychologists' work and efforts to help students thrive and improve the outcomes for students and schools.
Increase social connections and professional development amongst HCPSS School Psychologists
