Getting Started
What is the timeline for getting started?
Week 1
8/28-9/1
Students will hear a Band, Strings, and Chorus presentation in their classes.
Students should watch the videos to learn more about each instrument.
Week 2
9/5-9/8
Students should start thinking about what instrument they want to play.
Parents should attend the Band & Strings presentation on 9/5 at 6 pm.
Week 3
Sept. 11-15
Students should decide on an instrument and sign up for Band, Strings, and Chorus using this Registration Form.
Students should begin getting instruments and supplies.
Week 4
Sept. 18-22
Students should have their instruments and supplies by the first week of classes.
Students will start becoming musicians!

All the required items for Strings can be found at any stores below. In addition to retail locations, most stores allow you to order instruments online and have them delivered right to your home.
