About the Teacher
I am Ms. Holly Brookshire. Ever since I was a little girl I have wanted to be a teacher, and I feel so privileged to do what I love each and every day! I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish. This is my ninth year of teaching, and I have been fortunate enough to have spent my entire teaching career as a Hillandale Husky.

Students in my class will experience learning through a variety of methods, including whole group lessons, guided reading and guided math groups, learning centers, and research and exploration.
