Our first year together was fantastic! I am so proud of our students and all of their accomplishments. This year marks my 11^th year teaching art and I am thrilled that every year brings new lessons from my students on how to better serve them. I attended The College of Charleston for my BFA in Studio Arts, The San Francisco Art Institute for a post baccalaureate degree, and Boston University for my Master’s in Art Education. I am a consummate student of creativity and love to learn and share through teaching. I have taught in public schools in South Carolina and Arizona; and most recently in a private school in California. The birth of my son prompted a return to the East coast to be close to family. I have enjoyed rediscovering the beautiful mountains of WNC and the vibrant art and music scene of Asheville. I am looking forward to many art adventures with your children!
