To be included in the Senior Awards ceremony program-

Any senior that has received a scholarship award and/or grant from the college you will attend or from an outside organization not related to your high school (e.g. military, businesses, etc.), please fill out this form and attach a copy of your official award letter or scholarship documentation. If you have received multiple scholarships, please list all below. Please list the information as you would like it to appear in any Senior Awards communications/publications etc.
  Additionally, we want to recognize seniors that have received their Eagle Scout rank by the Boy Scouts or the Gold Award by the Girl Scouts. In order to do so, you must complete this form and attach your official documentation confirming your achievement no later than  Friday, May 2, 2025 at 3:45 p.m.

If you qualify (cumulative, weighted GPA of at least 3.5 & participated in a Varsity sport your senior year), you may sign up to order a Scholar Athlete Stole using this short google form.  The stoles have a NEW design and  are WHITE and will cost $25.  Sign up so we know how many to order.

Use this GRADUATION Special Requests link for parents who are county employees to request reserved seating and for special needs like sign interpretation and/or special assistance for graduates or guests.

CAP & GOWN PICKUP is Monday/Tuesday during all lunches in Lobby!  If you still need to buy bring $53 cash or card.  If all you need is Cap & Tassel, bring $26 cash or card.

Friendly Reminder!!  Seniors need to pay $45 senior dues before prom tickets can be purchased & graduation tickets given out.  Please get this done online or by bringing cash/check to Mrs. Nuckols before 2pm any day.

ALSO, permission forms for the Elementary School field trips need to be turned in ASAP to guarantee you can go to the school of choice!  Turn them into the front office & extras can be picked up in the front office too.

PH will hold a signing day for athletes playing in college on Friday, February 7th at 8:00 am in the main gym. If you wish to participate in the event please send the Athletic Director, Matt Crowder a schoology message to sign up. 

Senior ORDER NIGHT is Monday, Oct. 21st from 3:45-7pm in the Front Lobby!!!
