Please see the attached flyer about OPTIONAL cap and gown portrait sessions provided by Candid Color.  You MUST sign up for an appointment.  The portraits will be taken on April 23rd.  There is a sitting fee.

Graduation Questionnaire & Hanover Employee Reserved Seating Request:

All Senior Families should complete the 2026 PHHS Graduation Special Request Google Form BEFORE May 8th.  This form lets us know which seniors intend on attending Graduation and if any graduate needs special assistance.  This is also the form for senior parents or guardians who are Hanover County Employees to request reserved seating.  For GUESTS needing special accommodations, the facility does have handicapped parking and seating available on a first come, first serve basis.  There is also a dropoff area at the front of the facility for anyone with limited mobility.

Scholar Athlete Stoles for Seniors:

Scholar Athlete Stole orders will be taken ONLY from April 8th - 16th.  The Scholar Athlete Stoles will be white. Seniors who have a current cumulative weighted GPA of 3.5 or better AND participated in a Varsity sport SENIOR year are eligible to order one.  Students must pick up a GOLD order form from Mrs. Flinchbaugh in Room 307 OR the main office.  Forms must be returned and payment received before April 16th.  Payments can be made directly to Mrs. Flinchbaugh in room 307 during FLEX blocks OR her B3 Study Hall.  Stoles cost $25.

It's time to order Caps & Gowns!  Seniors should have packets!  If anyone needs a paper packet, extras are in the main office. Use this link to order:

If you would prefer to order in person, please attend the Herff Jones Order Night at Patrick Henry on Wednesday, OCTOBER 29th from 3:45pm-7pm in the Lobby.  There is NO shipping/handling fees if ALL you are ordering in the cap/gown/tassel unit.  When other items are added to the order, then shipping fees will appear b/c items OTHER than the cap/gown/tassel unit will be delivered to homes.

Cap & Gown Delivery Dates at PH = March 16th & 17th

If you are using someone's red gown from years past and ALL you need is a new cap & tassel, please wait until the March delivery dates to purchase that in person to save on shipping!

Senior Scholarship Application NOW OPEN!

Class of 2026 Families, 

The Senior Scholarship Application is now open! In addition to colleges and universities, national organizations, etc., Hanover County Public Schools maintains a list of local scholarships in SchooLinks. Some of those scholarships are chosen by the organization and some by the scholarship committee at PH. 

 In order to be considered for scholarships reviewed by the PH scholarship committee, Seniors are invited to complete the Senior Scholarship Application which opened August 1 and closes December 31. If students are selected for one of these scholarships, they will receive an invitation to attend the PH Senior Awards Assembly on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
