Students must arrive at Henrico Sports & Event Park by 2:00PM. Parking is limited so it is recommended families drop off their senior in advance or seniors carpool (requiring a parking pass). Be mindful that each student gets 2 parking passes. Students should enter through the West gate, side closer to American Family Fitness. This is the opposite side of the building where the main entrance is for families and guests.
Prior to leaving after the ceremony, seniors MUST pick up their diplomas after the ceremony in the staging area.

Students at all HCPS high schools will receive the same number of parking passes (2) and graduation tickets (8). These will be distributed in graduation packets in mid to late May after students have paid all of their fees. Please note that Senior Dues do not automatically populate in OSP and you will need to search for them. In the search bar, search for "Senior Dues".
HHS cannot provide you with additional tickets. Likewise, additional graduation tickets are not for sale. If your family needs additional tickets for your guests, please reach out to your fellow classmates to obtain them.
If you have guests with mobility issues, the Henrico County Police will point those with valid DMV issued plates/licenses to reserved parking.
Please ensure all course fees and senior dues are paid in advance in order to receive your graduation packet in a timely fashion the last week of school in May.
