Students taking the PSAT, SAT, or AP tests should create a college board account for easy access to reports. Make sure to fill out that information when completing pre-testing information at each test sitting.
HCPS/AHS will cover the testing fee for enrolled 9th graders to take the PSAT 8/9 test, and for enrolled 10th and 11th graders to take the PSAT/NMSQT. Starting with the 26-27 school year, 10th and 11th grade students will need to opt in to take the PSAT/NMSQT test. Additional information will be provided at the start of the school year.

Students that took the PSAT/NMSQT or PSAT 8/9 should have access to their scores approximately one month after testing through either the BigFuture School mobile app (if they provided a mobile number during exam setup) or studentscores.collegeboard.org. Watch this short video to see how you can use the BigFuture mobile app. Counselors will not have access to PSAT scores.
AHS will offer the SAT to interested 11th and 12th grade students on March 18, 2027 during the school day. Students/Guardians will be responsible for paying the registration fee. Please stay tuned for registration process (TBD as of fall 2026).

W!SE Testing is completed through EPF classes each Spring. Passing the W!SE test meets the Advanced Class/ Work-Based Learning/ CTE Credential needed for graduation.

ASVAB Test
The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) helps the Department of Defence determine if you are a good fit to join the military. This test is offered to any students enrolled at AHS free of charge. Any student interested may take the ASVAB test in the Spring - keep an eye out in the Raider Review for our next sitting.
Additional Certification tests are offered through select CTE electives. Please reach out to your child's Counselor or CTE teacher for more information.
