Jennifer Maldonado serves as the Director of Professional Learning and Teacher Pipelines for Harlingen CISD and brings over 20 years of experience in education. With a background in business and a strong foundation in curriculum and instruction, she leads districtwide professional learning initiatives that support instructional excellence, leadership development, and continuous improvement. A key focus of her work includes strengthening the educator pipeline through partnerships with universities and the creation of innovative pathways to enter, grow, and thrive in the profession. She is passionate about building capacity across the organization and creating structures that empower educators to thrive.

Ana Rodríguez-Cintrón

Teacher Pipeline Facilitator

Ana Rodríguez-Cintrón is a dedicated and experienced education leader with over 16 years of expertise in education. In her current role, she oversees programs that support the recruitment, retention, and development of aspiring educators. She facilitates trainings and workshops, collaborates with district and higher-education partners, and uses data-driven insights to continuously improve program outcomes.
