To submit a Funding Request, follow the guidance outlined below.
1. To access and fill out the Funding Request Form in Cognos, Click the link to the right >>>
2. If prompted, use your eFinancePLUS Credentials here
3. If prompted, select efp for Namespace and HAR_FinancePLUS####_Live as Datasource then click on Log In
(Select the latest version / highest ####, example shown has 2310 as the latest Live datasource)
4. Complete the form and click Finish to save the generated PDF to your computer before moving onto step 5
(The finish button will remain greyed out until all required fields have been completed)
